PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING INFORMATION
1. GENERAL INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA (hereinafter
referred to as the PD).

We follow the rules and therefore the protection of your PDs is important
to us. PD is processed according to the following conditions:
By granting your (buyer) consent to the processing of PDs at www.beelol.eu,
you are giving your freely given consent in the form of a clearly
confirmatory act within the meaning of
Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU)
of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the
processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and
also pursuant to the provisions of Act No. 18/2018 Z. z Of 29 November
2017 on the protection of personal data and on amendments to certain
laws, as amended, to the controller
(hereinafter referred to as “GDPR and the LAW”).
2. PURPOSE OF OU PROCESSING
If you have given us a PD, they will be used for the following
purposes:
2.1 E-shop
- for the conclusion and performance of the purchase contract, for
processing payment, delivery of the product, or for performing other
related activities (such as complaints and other obligations related to
consumer protection legislation) concluded through www.beeLOL.eu between
operators and buyers. You have provided us with your name, surname,
address, email, phone number, and your payment information to process your
order. E-mail and tel. contact also serve as a means of communication.
A confirmation of your order will be sent to your e-mail, and you can also
monitor the status of your order.
We process personal data on a legal basis (Art. 6/1 / b GDPR and LAW).
The processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of the
contract to which the person (buyer) is a party or to take action before
the contract is concluded at the request of the person (buyer) (point
2.1.1) t. j. this is a contractual requirement.
2.2 Marketing
- for marketing purposes, if you have given your consent to the operator by
clicking in the purchasing process in our e-shop. Marketing purposes are
sales promotion, marketing offers, newsletters, product information and
news. If the customer does not wish to receive these offers, he / she
simply logs out (by link or in his account login).
The operator processes the PD with the consent of the data subject (Article
6/1 / a of the GDPR and the LAW).
Such legitimate interests of the operator may provide a legal basis for
processing, provided that they do not prevail over the interests or
fundamental rights and freedoms of the buyer, taking into account the
reasonable expectations of the persons concerned on the basis of their
relationship with the operator.
As there is a legitimate interest between the operator and the buyer, for
example, when there is a relevant and appropriate relationship between the
person concerned and the operator, for example when the person concerned is
the buyer or visitor (future buyer) to the operator.
The processing of personal data is indispensable for the purposes of the
protection of property, the protection of the health of the operators'
employees also constitutes a legitimate interest of the data controller
concerned.
3. REGISTRATION
The buyer has the opportunity to register at www.beelol.eu. The buyer is
allowed to make purchases without registration.
If you decide to make purchases through registration, we will process your
PDs as follows:
You protect your account with a password. By logging into your account you
will get information about your orders, you can edit your PD as well as set
up the newsletter sending. Please protect your password, the operator is
not responsible for its misuse.
By opening an account at www.beelol.eu, you agree that the PDs in your
account will be evaluated and collected for the purpose of using the
services. By creating this account, you also give us permission to evaluate
your purchasing behavior - that is, to evaluate what products you have
purchased, which products you have viewed.
If you have registered, you agree that your user behavior at www.beelol.eu
will be assigned to your customer account so that we can provide you with
this personalized content (such as special promotions and information).
However, if you change your mind and you no longer want to be registered,
you can delete the registration in your account.
You can shop at www.beelol.eu anytime as an unregistered buyer as a guest.
4. THIRD PARTIES
Your personal information may be disclosed to third parties. During the
processing of the order and performance of the purchase contract, the data
is also provided to third parties such as carriers, couriers, banks and the
like. The Purchaser's PDs are processed only for the purpose of fulfilling
the contract and for the necessary time specified in par. 6. Processing
time.
5. YOUNGER THAN 16 YEARS
In relation to the offer of information society services, the controller
shall process personal data lawfully with the consent of the data subject
if the data subject has reached the age of 16 years. The operator does not
process the OU of persons under 16 years of age. At each registration /
login, the operator asks the buyer for a declaration of honor. This e-shop
is not intended for purchase to persons under 16 years of age.
6. TIME OF PROCESSING
The Buyer agrees to the processing of personal data from the date of
registration or purchase for up to 10 years while fulfilling the purpose of
performance under the contract para. 2.1.

marketing activities para. 2.2
7. TRANSFER TO THIRD COUNTRY
The operator shall not transfer the OU to a third country or international
organization, including the identification of the country or international
organization.
Operator uses Mailchimp, a US-based application.
The US is a country that, according to a decision of the European
Commission, guarantees adequate protection. The operator of the online
application Mailchimp has provided reasonable assurances and security to
the CA and guarantees that the CA processes in accordance with the GDPR
principles.
8. AUTOMATED PROFILING
In order to improve marketing campaigns, the operator uses automated
profiling. By profiling we segment the offer (s) that may be of interest to
you and are more convenient for you. For profiling we use the following
systems: Google Adwords, Facebook, Sklik, Etarget.
Consent is not required for the basic collection of statistics eg. using
the Google Analytics tracking code.
9. IP ADDRESS
Is a set of numbers that uniquely identifies a device on a computer
network.
An IP address can be classified as an identifiable person from a privacy
perspective.
An IP address becomes a personal data if:
• An IP address is a personal data if it is processed by the ISP together
with another identification (name, email…).
• Static IP addresses used by individuals are to be considered personal
data.
• a dynamic IP address will be considered as a personal data if the online
service provider processes, along with the dynamic IP address, other
identifiers considered to be personal data (eg name, surname, mail, etc.).
If the IP address is kept on the website (eg WordPress content management
system for comments), it is necessary to choose a suitable processing
purpose or use pseudonymization.
10. SECURE DATA TRANSFER
Your PDs are securely transmitted thanks to encryption. The Secure Socket
Layer (SSL) encoding system is most commonly used for secure communication
with Web servers. Personal data in our systems as well as the website are
secured by appropriate technical and organizational measures against loss,
destruction, alteration and further dissemination of data by unauthorized
persons.
If you are registered on our website www.beelol.eu, only you have access to
your account, so make sure you handle this information confidentially. The
operator is not responsible for unauthorized use or misuse of your
password.
11. RIGHTS OF THE PERSON CONCERNED (Buyer)
The Buyer has the right under the GDPR to (i) the right to repair, (ii)
right of erasure., (iii) the right to data portability, (iv) the right to
object, (v) the withdrawal of consent, (vi) the right to access
information.
Right to repair.
The buyer has the right to have the operator correct without undue delay
the incorrect PD concerning him and the addition of incomplete PD.
Right of erasure.
The buyer has the right to have the operator delete without undue delay the
CAs that concern him. The operator is obliged to delete these DPs without
undue delay if any of the following reasons are met:
· PDs are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were acquired or processed;
· the data subject withdraws his consent to the processing of the PD for at least 1 specific purpose or the data subject withdraws his consent to the processing of the PD for at least 1 specific purpose; the consent is invalid if its provision is excluded by a special regulation;
· the data subject objects to the PD processing and there are no justified reasons for processing the PD or the data subject objects to the OU processing. this includes direct marketing, including profiling,
- PDs are processed illegally,
· the reason for the deletion is the fulfillment of an obligation pursuant to this Act, a special regulation or an international agreement by which the Slovak Republic is bound, or
· the CAs were acquired in connection with the offer of information society services the person concerned is under 16 years of age.
Where an operator has published an PD and is obliged to delete it, he shall
at the same time take appropriate security measures, including technical
measures, taking into account the available technology and the cost of
implementing it, references to its PDs and copies thereof.
Right to data portability.
The Buyer shall have the right to acquire the PDs relating to it which it
has provided to the operator in a structured, commonly used and
machine-readable format and shall have the right to transfer those CAs to
the next operator-seller, if technically possible and if:
• PDs are processed on the basis of the consent of the data subject, the
contract and the consent of the data subject, which is invalid if its
provision is excluded by a special regulation;
• PD processing is carried out by automated means.
Right to object
The Buyer has the right to object to the processing of PDs related to him
for the purpose of direct marketing, including profiling to the extent to
which it relates to direct marketing, the operator is obliged to explicitly
notify the person concerned of his or her rights at the latest on his first
communication with him. this right must be clearly and separately from any
other information. The buyer may exercise his right to object by automated
means using technical specifications.
Revocation of consent
The Buyer has the right at any time to withdraw consent to the processing
of personal data concerning him. Revocation of consent shall not affect the
lawfulness of the processing of personal data based on consent prior to its
revocation; the buyer must be informed of this before giving his consent.
The buyer may withdraw the consent in the same manner as the consent.

Right of access to information.
The buyer has the right to obtain from the operator a confirmation that
they are processing PD, which are related to him. If the operator processes
such PD, the buyer has the right to gain access to these PDs and
information on:
• Purposes of PD processing
• the category of PDs processed - in our case, they are common PDs, the
operator does not process a specific category of PDs.
• identification of the consignee or the category of consignee to whom the
PD has been or is to be provided, in particular the consignee in the third
country or international organization, if possible;
• the retention period of the PD; if this is not possible, information on
the criteria for its designation,
• right to ask the operator to repair the PDs concerning the buyer, to
delete them or to limit their processing, or to object to the processing of
the PDs;
• the right to initiate proceedings;
• sources of the PD, if personal data were not obtained from the buyer,
• the existence of automated individual decision-making, including
profiling in such cases, shall be provided by the operator to the buyer in
particular on the procedure used, as well as on the significance and
anticipated consequences of such processing of the PD for the buyer.
The operator is obliged to provide information on this request within 30
days of receipt of this request. This period may be extended by the
operator for a further 60 days, and we will inform you of the delay.
The operator may charge a reasonable fee corresponding to the
administrative costs for the repeated provision of the CPA requested by the
buyer. The Operator is obliged to provide the Buyer's CA in the manner it
has requested or as requested by the Operator.
The operator reserves the right to verify the buyer and determine if it is
a particular buyer. Verification consists in providing additional
information eg. through control questions. Verification is important in
terms of providing information about the DP that the controller processes
personal data protection.
Right to petition the buyer.
The Buyer may file a petition for commencement of proceedings pursuant to
Section 100 of the Act, if it is directly affected by its rights, the
petition must contain who submits it to whom the petition is directed with
the subject of the petition.
The draft proposal will be published on the website of the
Office for Personal Data Protection, Hraničná 12, 820 02 Bratislava.
The Office shall consider the initiative within 30 days, decide within 90
days or extend the period accordingly.
12. COOKIES
12.1
In accordance with § 55 par. 5 of the NRSR Act no. 351/2011 Z.z. on
electronic communications, as amended, we would like to inform you about
the use of cookies and to draw your attention to the possibility of
changing your browser settings in case you are not satisfied with the
current settings. This policy contains information on how the operator uses
cookies and similar technologies ("cookies").
12.2 What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that can be sent to your Internet browser when
you visit a website and stored on your device (computer or other
Internet-enabled device, such as a smartphone or tablet). Cookies are
stored in your browser's files folder. Cookies usually contain the name of
the website from which they originated, validity and value. The next time
you visit the site, the web browser reloads the cookies and sends this
information back to the website that originally created the cookies. The
cookies we use do not harm your computer.
12.3 What kind of cookies do we use?

services, adapt them to your interests and needs and improve their

14. FINAL PROVISIONS
This information becomes valid and effective on 25.05.2018. The Operator
reserves the right to change these conditions in the event of a change in
the processing of PD in the company and in the event of a legislative
change.
